    The PS II will support the management, administration and oversight of our long-term government contracts.  The PS II may support multiple government programs and internal teams. PS II supports the interface between internal/external teams and government contracting. Supports sales teams and subcontractors with education on program scope and requirements. 

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrated experience following end to end processes to ensure the successful contractual compliance. 
    • Promptly communicates quote and order receipt, response, status, changes and close outs with the Government Contracting team on multiyear programs.
    • Completes order reports as required by each contract
    • May support multiple contracts
    • Strong team player who will interface with the various internal departments to identify and implement these requirements/processes to ensure seamless performance.
    • Ensures sales and internal teams follow contract compliance
    • Use Microsoft Outlook, government sites and internal sites daily
    • Interfaces with government Programs teams
    • Primary point of contact with subcontractors
    • Assist with development and quality review of submissions to meet contract and request requirements
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    ZIVARO is looking for a person who has a minimum of an Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 0 years of industry experience. This person will ideally have experience with basic office systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The individual should be able to quickly learn ZIVARO’s proprietary and government systems used daily. This person will also be able to multi-task and maintain accuracy under a heavy workload and have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work well on a team.

     

    Physical Requirments:

    • Able to travel 10% of the time.
    • Able to lift up to 35 pounds
    • Frequently sit for long periods at desk using a computer
    • Able to stand for long periods of time at conferences
