    The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician will have at least 1-year experience with analyzing network and computer communications hardware characteristics, removals and modifications. This role will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting.


    • Entry level experience with routing and switching
    • Entry-level experience with operating network management tools and understanding network reporting.
    • Candidate should also be highly motivated, very organized, can multi task and can speak with customers.


    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical or related discipline and 1 year of experience
    • Has had previously experience with configuring and, troubleshooting
    • Strong desire to advance in the network engineering space
    • Ability to work off hours, weekends, or night shift as required to support a 24 x 7 network operations center (NOC)

    Physical Requirements

    • Able to travel frequently 0-10% of the time
    • Able to frequently lift up to 35 pounds
    • Frequently sit for long periods at desk using computer
